The staff was very helpful while I was picking out my carpet. It's the perfect color, and it's very soft. The installers were right on time, very polite, and professional. My closets are unfinished, so there is exposed piping, etc. They did an amazing job installing around everything. Perfect... looks seamless! I mean, wow, I was shocked! The trim matches my hallway flooring too. It was also done in a timely manner at fair pricing. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
The owner Chad is awesome. He truly cares about your house and your carpet. If there's anything wrong with any saying he was there to make sure that it was right. And they sell an awesome product. How about 3 rooms of carpet from them And was very reasonably priced. Now my new house looks great thanks to Hi-Tech flooring.
