I have used Louisville Hi-Tech 3 times and i have never had a bad experience, they get to us quick and get the job done fast and great quality. And their prices are amazing if your on a budget.
We used Louisville Hi-Tech Flooring when finishing our basement. Chad was very helpful in selecting a floor and making sure we had the right product for the area and samples to make the right decision. They are competitively-priced and quick to respond and install. Had a great experience with the installers as well! The service was excellent and the the men that did the installation were very friendly and did a wonderful job. The price was way lower than any place I have ever dealt with. The sales team did not try to sell me the most expensive product in the store. They actually sold me a lower priced carpet and it was below my budget and looks great. If you need hardwood floors or carpet don't waste your time and money going any place else. I promise you will be happy with the quality and professional service you receive.

The owner Chad is awesome. He truly cares about your house and your carpet. If there's anything wrong with any saying he was there to make sure that it was right. And they sell an awesome product. How about 3 rooms of carpet from them And was very reasonably priced. Now my new house looks great thanks to Hi-Tech flooring.
